Birthday Cake Smoothie Recipe
רכיבים:
16 אונקיות. real California milk vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup frozen bananas (use ripe ones!)
1/4 cup quick cook oats
1 tsp sugar or stevia
1/8 tsp vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt (optional)
toppings: sprinkles and/or nuts ג’רזי אטאלנטה
Directions: combine all ingredients. blend thoroughly (2x as long as usual). serve topped with sprinkles and nuts.
Tip: blend it for a bit longer than you think needed to make it extra fluffy and smooth.
